Description: Education about the effects of sitting or standing for long periods of time, prevention, and the benefits of wearing compression socks. We will also be measuring and fitting anyone interested in ordering. Direct billing available for some plans, forms will be available for other plans.
Fitwell Medical Inc would like to formally invite all hospital employees that sit or stand for prolonged periods of time to join us for a Sigvaris Healthy Leg Day. Do you experience tired achy legs, swelling, spider veins or varicose veins? If this sounds like you or someone you know please join us to be educated about prevention and the long-term side effects associated with prolonged sitting or standing.
Additional Information: Most insurance plans cover compression socks. Employees may also have Extended Health Benefits, a Health Spending Account or may have additional coverage through a spouse. We encourage employees to look into benefit coverage prior to the “Healthy Leg Day”
